Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to Comp Buddy, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Partial months of unused service
- Months where you forgot to cancel
- Dissatisfaction with AI accuracy or search results
- Failure to use the service during a billing period
- Technical issues or service interruptions
2. Renewal Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. No refunds are provided for renewal charges. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to use the Service.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe (via Manage Account in the extension) or by emailing contact@compbuddylive.com.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- No prorated refunds are issued for remaining time in your billing cycle
4. Billing Disputes
If you have a billing concern or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at contact@compbuddylive.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues directly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being permanently suspended and the dispute being contested with evidence of service usage.
